SCHEDULE WEEK 10

MONDAY MARCH 4TH

09.00 -9.30

(Medialab classroom 1)

 WELCOME by Jan Peterson, head of Printmaking and Drawing department

Information about the workshop and the schedule, presentation of teachers, key cards for guests

Dean of Art and Craft Faculty; Ellen Aslaksen visits, brief presentation of the A&C departments

9.30- 10.30: Guided tour to the relevant workshops at KHiO

10.30-10.45: Break

10.45:  All participants present theirs plans for the week, 3 minutes each.

Organizing of the groups.

12.00-13.00: Lunch break, we eat together

13.00-14.00: Kjetil Røed- editor of the Norwegian Art Magazine ’Billedkunst’: lecture (Title is not ready yet, but the topics is within technology- impacts- context- reflections)

14.15-16.00: The workshop starts: groups meet and starts planning. What is needed of materials, what machines and other tools is necessary- where to find it and what needs to be booked. Make bookings with workshop masters.

TUESDAY MARCH 5TH

 9.00-10.00

All meet, groups presents plans for the day, problem-solving and common information

All groups work

12-13: Lunch, (either in the cantina or students organize something)

All groups continue the work

17:00: Norwegian students organize and serve dinner for the whole group

WEDNESDAY MARCH 6TH

9.00-9.30

All meet, groups presents their work so far and plans for the day, problem-solving and common information

12-13: Lunch

19.00 Dinner for the staff Oslo/Madrid

THURSDAY MARCH 7TH

9.00-9.30

18.30 Norwegian students plan a route for exhibition opening night, all student go together

FRIDAY MARCH 8TH

9:00-12.00: Groups finishing their work- before lunch.

12-13: Lunch

13. 00: Mounting of the results from the week in the ’Cathedral’ area. Review of all the work, group by group. Discussions, reflections, sharing of discoveries and challenges.

After the review we will have a short evaluation of the program. And we end the day with clearing out the space in Medialab classroom- and de-mount all work in the ’Cathedral’.
